I have a bad leak right next to the thermostat. It looks like it's coming out or the timing cover. I believe it's the water pump seal or pump. Does anyone have pics on what I'm looking at to repair it?

Timing belt and water pump job, pretty easy if you have some tools. You don't need to hold the camshafts but you will need a puller set to get the harmonic balancer off the crankshaft. Other than that it's all basic hand tools

Aisin makes a good t-belt/water pump kit with tensioner and idler pulleys.. lots of other brands make a kit too like Contitech, Gates, etc..

Thats a difficult call. I would take the valve cover off and check the torque on the head bolts, dont loosen them, just set the torque wrench for 5 lbs above the spec and check the back ones.
