IMG_3816.jpg Last time I posted the truck it was on 265s. Got some 315s on trade and installed front bumper on the front myself. Replaced grille and Headlights due to unforeseen deer.

Needing a roof rack recommendation/picture examples,
really like the Sherpa but making one seems the best route.

    Looks good OP!

As for racks, I like the Prinsu but I also got mine close to 6 years ago and that was before the popularity and pricing jumped.

Great set up - looks like the direction I want to go. That is the best bumper I have seen so far - really interested what brand is it. Another question that lower mesh - is that where a winch can be installed? Also what tire and wheel size/off set are you running. Last question how much lift and suspension mods did you have to do. Sorry for all the questions but your rig I think would be perfect for the off road stuff I want to do.

Those poor wheel bearings, what size spacer are you running on the wheels? Rear width looks like a Dana 60 width(3/4 ton)

If you are curious, this is from their other posts:

2” on the hub with Red Loctite as a base torqued to 120 ft/lb, broken in, torqued again.

1 1/4” on top of the 2” torqued to 100 ft/lb, broken in, torqued again.

It looks good! Price jump has been no joke, got the truck last year so I jumped on the train a little late for good prices.

People say the RC High Clearance Bumper is a copy bumper so I appreciate that lol. I preferred this style of wing off the front over what it was said to be copied though. Mesh could be removed for winch yes, Light bar came with bumper as well ,would say that sold it for me. Good video for doing yourself on YouTube as well.

As for wheel and tire setup, it’s as listed above double stacked spacers on stock sr5 rims 16” I traded for some Thunderer Trac Grip 315/75/16.

3.5” Lift around but had to cut cab mounts and pinch weld to fit everything as well. I would not recommend doing this if you haven’t done those first.

I mainly use this thing for off-roading light trails, being round a lake bottom, running around farmland in the delta, construction site travel, pulling tool trailers, hunting, etc.I hadn’t seen many examples for the look I was going for but knew what I wanted it to look like, if you get yours built out gotta upload it would look super clean in black.

3 1/4” total. If it was my daily I would be concerned more. It’s just future work down the road for me unfortunately, but same with the shocks from the last post, I’ve since gotten them on hand to be replaced when they do go out.

3 1/4” spacer stack per side? Dude, I’m surprised your wheel studs haven’t sheared yet with that much spacer. Fully linked built trucks usually run up to 1.5” spacers in rear to match front track(long travel), what’s the purpose of having 3 1/4” of spacer?

Are you geared/tuned for the 315s?

Geared? Nah. Tuned? Yeah. getting about 14 mpgs.

Purpose is subjective I feel. I like the way it looks, ride isn’t as bad as you think. I think people here are a little scared to be honest. As above it’s not my daily so kind of a play thing for me personally. Got the smaller spacers with 265s first and didn’t like the look.

Got 2” and wasn’t gonna stack but didn’t see anyone else doing it, someone could be a clear voice for this kind of stuff. Gonna choose the accord everyday for long distance most of the time.

THX much. I agree with you if it's your play thing and not a vehicle you have to depend on so go for it and not worry about a re-gear or if you have the best suspension set up - if it you break . . . oh well - you will fix it.

I already have the cab mount chop and viper cut and it's lifted 2" but am holding off on 35s until I get a re-gear which is why I was curious about your set up with 35s. For now running 33s 285/75R16 - it's not my only vehicle but I do drive it as a daily driver but I got it to go off road - so there is that.

I am running 16" wheels with a +10 offset so I am curious if the 315s will clear the UCA - according to the specs your wheels have a +23 to +27 offset so are a little closer to the UCA if I am thinking correctly. So I should be OK with a +10 offset . . . . I hope - I rather not use spacer to push the wheels out further to clear the UCA. The sway bar is not a problem for me because I removed it.

Well she is not super clean - pin strips and a scrapes - I have done some stuff off road that a truck with a 2" lift on 33s probably shouldn't try, at least with a driver with my limited experience and skill . . . but that's how you learn - right?
