Hello - Came back from overlanding/offroading trip (or could be dealership service center when jacking up the truck) to find out this part (gray plastic part pointed with red arrow) is broken. This part is on both sides - passenger and driver (both are broken).

Does anyone know what this part is and does? Should I replace this ASAP? TIA.

From the picture, it looks like the gray plastic plugs/caps for the holes in the frame. I believe their purpose is to help keep water and road spray out of the box sections of the frame, but still allow ventilation. The dealer installed the gray plastic ones in addition to other plugs on my 2nd gen during frame inspection and treatment. I was under the impression that later 3rd gens were delivered with the treatment and caps/plugs done already. Hopefully someone else with a 3rd gen can verify

These are not that important, so I would not worry about it short term. Older gen2's did not even have them until frame "update" was done.
