I like these little articles about points of interest in Wisconsin. I imagine @wi_taco has probably seen all of these already.

Did the 3 mos, battery maintenance check 2 weeks ago. Battery #1 was still at 100%. Bat #2 went from 36%, which was how much power was left when I stowed it in the basement, down to 22%. Both batteries were removed from the unit. I did charge the 2nd bat to full power.

Just returned from taking my daughter out on the big lake. Left it in two wheel, put the rear locker on and turned her loose. She giggled when she was spun and ended up going backwards. Lots of discussion about how to save it-gas or brake and trying it out. She had fun. I think she learned a lot too.

When I was teaching my daughter to drive in the snow, on her very 1st broadslide, (guess they call it drifting now) she ended up in the neighbors yard.

It was one of those nasty dirty balls of ice from where the plows pile the snow.

We haven’t had enough snow all year to break out a plow.

I have mixed feelings about that.

My coworker is really into skiing. Hasn't been a good winter for him. Fake snow just ain't the same. I've gotten quite a bit of ice fishing in though. Was out Wednesday for a while and just got 3 small Northern, no panfish again. Looking forward to getting out again Sunday morning.

At times we have had more salt/brine on the roads than snow. Vehicles have a white cloud of dust behind them. Almost need chase lights
