I have an afe drop in and the fender box removed with the header as well and it would be hard to tell its louder than a stock truck. Especially since you need to rev these motors to get them going surprised its not that loud with that intake pipe.

Wow, these are nice. Haven’t seen them before. How do they do to protect from sling? I’ve got OEM mudflaps currently.

Really? Wow, I never thought of that. Well, unless I did actually, and that was the point of the post. One would assume the thread might hit somewhat of a lull until post about replacing one's fog lights are replaced with ones about replacing their transmission.

Haven’t been out again since putting them on so it’s hard to say, but I would assume not as much as a full flap. Definitely a “looks” purchase.

Another entry added to the list of 'possible next tire'. Definitely looking for something quieter than the DuraTrac. Even at the expense of off-road capabilities.

I’ve been absent for waaaay too long. But, thanks to @mquibble and @blitzkrieg3002 over in the Baxter thread, I finally installed the remote oil filter mount and Fumoto valve to streamline my oil changes and allow me to FINALLY mount up my BAMF trilogy real soon.

Recently, I also installed the Kuat IBEX at full height with the crossbar risers and front molle panel, full side molle panels, two handles, one beer opener, and two piston SR bike mounts.

I actually lucked out when I installed my RXTs. I’ve always had a vibration slowing down (the one there’s a TSB out for now). It went away with the lift lol I’m right at 1.5” of lift with all my weight in the back.

Hate to ask, but is there a reason for remotely mounting the oil filter upside down so you will have it draining the entire time it is being removed, as well as possible drain back issues causing cold start up noises with the VVT system??
