I hadn’t seen any pics of Leer canopies on a 4th gen while I was researching what to get for mine, so here’s mine for those looking. I’ll also post pics when I put the prinsu rack and awning on it, and go camping. This is the 100XR

I’ve been waiting to see some of these. Thanks for posting this. Looks good.

Would you mind posting the height from the top of the ribs in the bed floor to the top of the door opening of the shell? In my 3rd gen I needed the taller Leer 180 to fit my mountain bike upright in the back. But the 4th gen is supposed to have a deeper bed and I’m hoping that the extra couple of inches of bed depth helps me fit the mountain bike under a flush height shell like yours.

Looks really nice! Any water intrusion issues? How long have you had it installed? How much and what area of the country are you located (if you're wiling to disclose)? I'm evaluating canopy options and the Leer is on my shortlist.

Wow I also had a Leer 100XR put on last week.
    Long Bed - Underground color

Remote lock/unlock, Roof Rails, fold down front window.

It's nice - The only issue I have with it is the sides don't match as tight to the bed as my past caps and trucks fit. Went thru a car wash - No leaks yet.

I had an issue with wiring, but Leer stepped up and paid Toyota directly to fix the problem. It was causing a fault in the SRS airbag system.

I've only had it for a week now, and haven't had it in major rain, but in the PNW canopy installers plan for rain, and when I was talking to the installer he said the corners on 4gens present even more of a challenge, and he put some kind of putty to help keep it sealed. Leer and ARE are priced similarly, it depends on what you want to do in the cab as to the kind of shell you get and its pricing. I got mine for camping, with carpeted interior to keep condensation from forming on the ceiling and dripping down.

Looks great! Not sure if your car wash used a wax, but we're not supposed to wax them for 90 days while the paint finishes curing. I like that the interior light goes on/off with the bed lights, and yes the sides look a little weird compared to previous generations.

Thanks, I have another thread on getting those wheels to fit a 4th gen after taking them off of my 2nd gen, which was declared a total loss by insurance because a transient started a fire inside it, so the wheels and tires do have sentimental value. I'll be putting this top rack and awning on it, and eventually getting similar rock sliders.

After camping I think the 4th gen bed feels a bit more spacious compared to the 2nd gen, but I can see light through the sides of the tailgate, so I’ll add a tailgate seal that I never ended up using on the old truck.

A big improvement on the design of the shell is that when the rear window is open rain no longer drips down it and on to the tailgate
