Yeah thought you was a hiker/camper & was putting in a lot of steps... That's why it seemed really low vs numbers you posted before.

So are you recuperating in the winter? Or will just have to really work your way back into it?

(I keep my steps up for that very reason, regaining it is tough when you are broke down & old.)

not really recuperating...i just like my cozy warm blankie fort this time of year...
i need to do more and should be - most of my back issues that i've had the last few years are mainly due to not being active enough. that all started before i started working from home but WFH is definitely contributing to it being an ongoing thing. problem is that my current neighborhood doesn't really have any sidewalks so there's nowhere safe for me to take a quick walk mid day like i used to before i moved. i have to drive to one of the local walking trails to go for a walk and this time of year not something i'm comfortable doing in the dark after work. as it gets lighter longer i'll take off for a walk most nights.

I walk in the street, before sunrise, with one of those day glow vests. I like walking early so I don’t have to stop and talk to anyone

I got to wait for the sun to rise because I, basically, walk in the woods, and I don't want to meet no night critter.

Paul you can keep the boat in the water year round down here for sure. It’s a nice sailing weekend too, partly cloudy and 76 and winds out of the south at 4-13 kts. Come on down!
