Just passed 150k, is there anything I should get done? I know a lot of cars have like 100k miles services and all. Is this one of those?

Keep doing what you've done for the 1st 150,000 miles. Nothing special.

I did that like 5k ago, I was just wondering if there was anything big, looks like it’s a timing chain not a belt, only thing I’m thinking is water pump, it’s still original.

My WP only lasted 150K, did WP thermostat, pulleys, clutch. It's much quieter idling now.

OEM thermostat? I know Mishimoto makes one but apparently it opens too early.

By 150K I had replaced hoses, belt, thermostat (Aisin), and coolant. At 200K, the rest of cooling system components, including radiator, WP, bypass hoses, fan clutch, and radiator.

All ASIN parts from Rock Auto, I was tooling around in Death Valley this summer at 119F ambient, everything worked perfectly.

Assuming nothing has been replaced since factory- spark plugs, coolant, transmission fluid and filter, brake fluid, power steering fluid, transfer case fluid, F & R diff fluid, drive belt, clean throttle body. Check the pulleys and tensioner when replacing the drive belt. Check over coolant hoses, but keep in mind its no longer like in the 80's where hoses only last a decade before rotting away in the best of conditions. I would mention replacing engine and cabin air filter but I sure hope thats been done already. You can replace the waterpump if you'd like but I think replacing non wear parts preventiveable can turn into a hell of a money pit.
My 2008 TRD Sport has about 240,000 miles now, to my knowledge the only non wear items I've replaced on the engine is the pass valve cover gasket at 190,000 miles and alternator at 220,000 miles

Edit - Greasing the u joints is important and maybe doing a good once over of the suspension.

I am up to date on all my fluids, replaced belt, spark plugs, coils, replaced my valve cover gasket, all that goodness. I have looked at a cooling system refresh but I haven’t checked out my hoses… any good kits for that?
