Hi there. I have a '98 Tacoma which has been accumulating water on the front passenger side for a few years now. It seems highly correlated with rain as it's always parked outside/uncovered. On the other hand I've run a hose over the windshield, door, etc and saw no encroachment from that test.

I pulled back the carpet to keep a better eye on it + dry it out as needed and finally got a decent photo of exactly where the encroachment is (under glove box).

Any thoughts on what this could be? I'm prepared to DIY a fix if possible.

    Thank you for your feedback!

    I'd start with this.

Make sure the drain tube is in place and angled down. Might also be blocked. Worth checking. It can be pulled right out and pushed right back into place. It's not secured with a clip or anything. If you can't reach it by hand, try long needle nose.

    Passenger side.

That is the classic seam leak. Check my post history - I went through this and found a simple fix. I had the exact same leak and location. It was thankfully a simple fix.
