19 vs 2023 High beam blinker stick

    Morning,

    6 months ago truck, 19 SR utility had accident.. instrument cluster replaced … before my truck I would push the blinker high beam stick and the brights would stay on along with the blue brights light on dash… currently.. I push the blinker high beam stick and the auto headlight light on dash comes on but no brights on always… is this new feature for the 2023/2024 clusters? That my truck didn’t have in 2019

    The auto highbeams should be enabled if you pull the stalk towards you "flash to pass" and an indicator will come on the dash showing they are activated. Pushing the stalk forward should still activate the high beams no matter if someone is approaching you or not. How bad of an accident requires the replacement of the cluster?!

    Yes.. just remembered to check tonight … I clicked it and WA LAA… it instantly allowed me to toggle the stalk forward and back to turn brights on constant or off to flash… thank you all very much for the help!!!
