Ordered some Cali Raised ditch lights and a skinny can holder on Black Friday. I got an email confirming the order then later an email stating half the order shipped. Almost 3 weeks later I reached out because I hadn’t heard anything about the lights being shipped and it still took them 3 days to respond, just to tell me it would ship in 1-2 weeks. I still have not received any emails and have reached out 3 more times with no response.
Im fed up with their customer service not caring about answering requests and am now afraid it’s past their 30 day return policy and I won’t get the light at any point.

Back in 1992, I saved up my allowance and earned extra cash raking yards to buy a special order G.I. Joe helicopter from Hasbro. After riding my bike to the post office to get a money order, envelope, and stamp, I mailed off my order and circled a date on my calendar eight weeks out, crossing my fingers that everything made it safely. There was no confirmation email or tracking number—just pure anticipation as I counted down the days. And right on schedule, two months later, the package arrived. The wait was agonizing, but the excitement of finally getting that helicopter made it unforgettable. That feeling is lost in these modern times.

Hey, I work for them, and that's not acceptable at all if you respond with your order number, I'll get to the bottom of it!!

i had the same experience ordering a sea monkey kit off the back of a Boys Life Magazine in the early 90s. I saved up my allowance and the rest of the $20 I needed I “won” in a game of ping pong with my grandfather.

Never mind how disappointed I was when the kit finally arrived and I learned that sea monkeys are really just boring ass brine shrimp and not real monkeys that live in water lol

Same story, different day with Tacoma Lifestyle. I've heard this so many times about them, but they always have an excuse. I really like it when the owner berates his customers. Just wait
