Hello, I’m reaching out for some help. I have a 2013 Tacoma with minor ac issues. Already solved some, but the last is frustrating me…. My selector for panel/floor/defrost is only working for defrost and defrost with floor. The actuator for this function is working full settings when off of the linkage. I’m wondering if there is something inside the box that is restricting or and I missing something.

More than likely the Plastic Gear inside the servo actuator has broken teeth. This is a known issue with these servo actuators.
Replace the actuator and it will probably work just fine.

Remove the actuator and see if you can move the linkage the full range manually, if you can then it's probably a bad actuator. If you can't then you likely have a broken door or linkage.
