Westcott Designs is trash, dont buy from them.

You need to ask an Admin to delete the post.

I purchased from Westcott designs and all i got was this lousy thread.

I’d rather they charge the people that cancel orders, better than raising prices across the board!

 

@MTgirl @ColoradoTJ - if you could delete this thread that would be great. I admit this isnt the best way to go about venting about a negative customer experience. This doesnt have to stay up forever but at least i got to vent.

 

I understand the rub, but this is why there are terms/contracts. You essentially gave your word and reneged. They probably ate some of that cost.

 

To be fair to OP.
He didn't renege on anything.

He failed to read, or understand, the terms of the sales agreement.

I know all about it.
Trust me, I just spent a lot of money to be able to "hopefully" do, what a piece of paper said I can not do.
And to beat it all, the money I spent, was just to have it prepared for submittal.
It doesn't mean it will be approved.

There was no "misunderstanding"....

This is a fairly normal business practice, it requires an understanding of the bigger picture. Doesn't make the company crooked.
