I also stuck in a dual 120 outlet w/ 2 USB. When I"m moving with the inverter on one outlet charges a power bank (400W anytime mod). The fridge is plugged into the power bank and between the two it stays fully charged as I'm traveling. Recharge takes about 2~3 hrs of driving to replace the overnight power usage, my power bank will only charges at 85W so the inverter easily handles that, second outlet is used for charging drone, go pro and the laptop batteries. When I'm traveling I use the inverter all the time.

That system works great for short overnight stays but since I camp with a small trailer and need power for longer periods between running the truck I'll be switching over to a 100AH Lithium battery, a DC~DC charger and a couple solar panels.

There's not much to the interior part, just a dual outlet like this mounted in the rear of the center console.

I did run DC wiring to the bed cubby through a 50A circuit breaker and added some convenience ports.
1 Lighter, 1 USB C & A and voltage meter, 1 20A SAE and power for the interior topper lighting.

Later on I plan to add an xt60 panel mount to plug in a DC to DC Charger into a portable 100AH battery.
