Looking for a website that offers previous maintenance records on used vehicle {Tacoma}.

If you go to the parts department of any Toyota dealer with the VIN number they can pull up any work that has been done by any dealer.

 

If work was dealer performed, you can find it from a dealer.

If not performed at a dealer, some independent shops keep records and may share if you know the shop where the work was done and hav the vehicle in hand.

Such a site does not exist. Not clear why you are asking. When you go to buy a vehicle just ask the person or dealer or what ever about the maintenance records. If you can’t get them I’d always be leery about buying a vehicle with no maintenance records.
