No GlamourShots because I can't be bothered in the winter, and I just bought this 2013 SR5 4x4 in January.

64k miles! Barely broken in. Amazing frame for a New England truck, it was obviously garaged and lightly used by an old guy. No rust, and I mean that. Still has original OEM floor mats for instance.

I really don't like the step bars, they're coming off maybe this weekend, I'm 6'2" and I don't need help climbing in. (Are Seatjackerss worth it?) I want to keep it OEM+ for a while and concentrate on maintenance and the natural beauty of a Gen2 access cab.

I'm interested in different wheels and tires in the future, along with OEM TRD Pro headlights. I like the look of flat white wheels like the Nomad Convoy Salt, and I'm really open to suggestions for other old school/retro white wheels and about slightly larger 16" tires. It's been a while since I was in the market!

I also have some questions about suspension. It rides well now, but I travel a lot on terrible roads, paved and gravel, and the occasional logging road to get into the woods, and I'm wondering if a 1" lift is something I should consider?

I added LED interior lights and upgraded the headlight bulbs to some that were recommended in the Ultimate Headlight thread, and I am considering adding a wiring harness to drive better bulbs in the future.

I need new mud guards because it's missing one on each side, and I ordered a new OEM hub cover (missing?) to match the other three. OEM mud guards are upwards of $50 ea, but between winter slush and gravel in the summer, I'm going to want them, I think.

I used to have a '96 T100 SR5 and it broke my heart when I had to sell, so this truck is kind of a big deal for me. I'm in South Portland, Maine, maybe @Sig45 wants to hang out sometime and give me some pointers as a fellow stock enjoyer?

Also, everyone in this thread has some great trucks and I'm glad you're all here. TW has been super useful so far.

I don't have a lot of experience working on my own vehicles, but I want to change that, so if either of you need someone to hold a flashlight for you I'm down. I've done simple things but I don't know a lot of the details, and I love this Tacoma and want it to last, so I'm trying to learn about them and take on whatever I can with limited tools in the driveway.

Good morning stock folk. Hope life finds you at least "fair to middlin" as my grandmother used to say.....hopefully better.

 

I had some N-Fab steps on my '15 for a while. Honestly, they were just in my way most of the time and a pain in the ass to clean. I took them off after about 6 months.

I've always kinda liked the OE steelies. But you could easily run a 265/75/16 tire without any issues.

 

I think Mrs. SpruceMica is keeping me for at least another year.
