Leaky A-pillar in 2014

More mods than it should have...

Hey y'all, so SoCal has had alot of rain this week, which is good, we need it. However, when I left for work this morning, I noticed some water leaking out the A-pillar and see it's been dripping onto the dash. Now, I have a Prinsu rack but siliconed it when I mounted it and have never had any leaks in the past years. I just recently mounted the scan gauge to where it is but obviously the gauge is not the cause of the leak. Any ideas where it may be coming from? Thanks in advance.
