Mine was missing a fitting and the pump housing wasn't machined correctly for the necessary hardware - little more involved than just figuring it out.

Not fully related to long travel, but I know a lot of you guys are running the JD lower pivot kit. I finally finalized and put up for sale my Tacoma flat belly kit. Doesn't require the JD kit, but I did design it to compliment it. Gains around 2.5" of belly clearance.

I made a thread for it here https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/finally-a-tacoma-flat-belly-kit.852600/#post-30449106

I was going to ask you @906taco about selling your equal length header kit as the exhaust relocation, but it wouldn't work because it goes below the transmission. If you ever come up with one that goes behind the tcase, I'd definitely work with you on that and sell it. We just went the easy way with this exhaust.

I will be doing a high clearance setup in the near future! It won’t be equal length but it will still be a nice piece. I will let you know when it’s a thing!

Watching it work on Brian's Tacoma at Moab was pretty amazing how a few inches of clearance can gain big differences on the trail..

Well. These tires might actually not fit. Not sure how much I can cut out of the core support without ruining 100% of the structural integrity.

If you're having these laser cut, make square holes instead of round so you can use carriage bolts instead of hex head.

Otherwise they're awesome and I like the idea better than my current CaliRaised skids.

Exactly. If the core support isn't cracked it will.

I was going to say the same thing haha. This is what I did for 37s. I may have taken a wee bit more out than needed but ah well.

The hole did in fact get bigger. Fits 38s full stuff and lock

And yes it'll be cleaned up
