There should be only one hose coming off your PCV. The can is inserted with its hoses going to/from the same points.

I get that part. So from pcv to the catch can then from the catch can to where? There is an inlet and outlet.

Can you identify your PCV valve? I am not familiar with your engine. If the correct picture came up when searching 3RZ engine schematic, it appears that the PCV is in the valve cover about mid way, just behind the intake pipe. The intake pipe being the large pipe crossing over the top of the engine. just to the rear, of the intake crossing the top of the motor, there is a small hose, about 3/4" diameter OD that comes off of the PCV Valve (cartridge) and runs parallel to the big intake pipe for about a foot, with other end connected to the intake manifold. That line marks the two connection points for your Catch Can. keep the PCV Valve (a sort of cartridge that connects to the valve cover, and has the smaller hose on it), take that hose off, and run a long enough hose from the PCV valve, to the "In" port on the catch can. Then run another hose from the catch can "Out" to the intake manifold. I do not have an easy way to modify pictures on this computer, so I cannot send a marked up picture.

Figure out where you are going to mount the catch can, keeping in mind it needs to be emptied with each oil change, so you need access to remove the canister. Then run lines to it from the PCV, and from it to the intake manifold. If you can mount the can close enough, you might use the existing hose for one side. Use automotive grade hose, because it will be dealing with heat, oil and vacuum pressure. Hose clamps are optional as long as the hose is proper size, good fit. Avoid kinks or pinches in the hose.

You can post a picture of your motor, if you still need help.

    Yes, that is the PCV.

PCV ---In to the can, Out from the can to the intake manifold. Good luck
