I need to replace an idler pulley along with my tensioner pulleys (buying the assembly). They are all the same age so I'm going to replace them all. I tracked down the parts I need from this post:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/4-0l-trd-s-c-parts-list.91396/

My question is are these two pulleys identical? (Photo attached ) I need to order two correct? Based on the above post it looks to be one pulley short of all of them so I'm assuming they are identical and need x2 but just looking for clarification. Toyota parts and service isn't a ton of help.

Part number in question - PTR29-35078

Just by looking at the diagram, one looks to be a grooved pulley.
The other will be a flat pulley. (rides on the smooth part of the belt)

So I am going with, No.
No, they are not the same.
