How do you flip your Tortillas?

Dry on a comal, fingers all day, with rotation (duh)

 

I used bacon grease and 2 tsp salt but basically same recipe

 

I've been gas burner cooking my flour tortillas and using my fingers to flip.

My Goodness...the heat that comes off the sides of the tortilla!!!!!!!

Even with the fire turned down...that darn heat rises on the outer edges!

I do have a bamboo type tong...and sometimes I use it. lol

 

same with a campfire tortilla. I sometime just use the tip of my knife. like a boss.
