Hello. Asking for some help checking my wiring diagram for a house battery install using the Blue Sea ML-ACR. This is all foreign language to me and my brain struggles with it. Think I got a good draft but really could use some help to review. I'm unsure of the fuses (are they needed and is the amperage okay?) and circuit breaker (is the amperage okay?).

I'm keeping it minimal. Running LED lights and a 12v Dometic fan in my GFC in the bed. I posted this to the Dual Battery megathread but things get buried there pretty quickly.

    Thank you!

I finished the install over the weekend. There isn't much of a change to the diagram. I neglected to add a ground to the voltage meter. Additionally, I chose to connect the brown wire to the ignition. After testing before and after, there is no change to the functionality of it so that can be disconnected.

Couple things that I had to figure out. When the engine is on, the ML-ACR turns on if there is 13.5v for 3 minutes consistently. It does not turn off when the ignition is turned off. Instead, it turns off when the voltage of the starter battery drops below 12.7v and isolates from the house battery.

Just to add, your diagram above looked fine, and like you found out the brown wire is unnecessary for this application. Just as you don’t need to run anything beyond what is factory from the starter battery to the alternator/starter.

And yeah you will hear the ml-acr auto switch its relay when it isolates the batteries.
