Making some progress on the shop office, almost done cause the rest will cost money

 

Nice. You could put up some plastic on the walls for the time being.

 

I may do that, and just leave it up when I sheet it with OSB

 

Have you compared w T1-11? I think the difference might be marginal but the look might be a bit more polished..

 

I have not, just looked and that is $30 a sheet higher

Make it accessible to a couple living facilities then you’d have an ADU ready

 

Osb was bout $14 sheet here... still double+ price what it was at end 2019 prices but not $100 sheet

 

The first one died cause I killed it but this die survived. Something for a rubber place with a .028" gap.

I'll second the plastic idea. It'll keep the dust out and maybe even hold heat in there a little longer if you're running a space heater to keep the pipes from freezing.
