I'm posting to document my build of my recently purchased 2nd Tacoma after mother nature decided to intervene on the last one. This new to me 2021 Tacoma TuRD Pro in Luna rock was a blessing to find locally in the small city of Greensburg, PA (local to me). Most of my adventuring is done with the "Pittsburgh Overlanders" fb group members or friends who just enjoy camping at festivals (Nelsons Ledges Quarry Park in Ohio for example). I'm just outside of Pittsburgh so feel free to reach out if you're not in the FB Group.

When I purchased the truck, it came with:
    T4R sema wheels
    285/70R17 toyo open country tires
    CaliRaised Rock Sliders
Cali Raised 3inch white LED ditch lights

The very first thing I did was removed the Sema wheels. I have a history of being heavily involved in the local car scenes while I was in the military and wanted to "go back to my roots" so to speak. I didn't want to run fuel or method wheels, but something I wouldn't get pissed about WHEN it gets some trail rash. I found some Volk TEs in NJ, but couldnt justify wheelin with 4grand in wheels alone. Then I found some Work Meister S1's in Maryland, but found out those wheels are cast, not forged, and made in China. So no thank you. BUT I know Japanese wheels and remembered, SSR wheels are made by Tanabe in Japan so let's see what they have. LOW AND BEHOLD, They just released the SSR Devide SP1 Trails. They look similiar to the Work S1s, but they are actually forged and made in Japan. A few emails with SSR and I am officially the first Tacoma with these wheels on. One very slight rubbing spot on the inside of the fender liner, about 1/4 of a turn while ascending onto or descending at an angle. A heat gun fixed that issue in 5 minutes without cutting.

Wheels are 17x8.5 -10 on 275/70R17s Wild Peak AT3s; stock TRD Pro Fox suspension. 476009386_10162042551758486_2697832992491308501_n.png 476588374_10162045255853486_3027283983375879349_n.jpg

I'm a pretty tough person to buy christmas gifts and birthday gifts for. Normally I tell friends/family to donate to Veteran organizations instead. BUT this year, I was gifted 2 different sets of Ditch lights and a Hidden Light bar kit for my previous Tacoma.

Here's a picture after having the Cali Raised mid level Bed rack, Whip lights from my last Tacoma, new 3inch ditch lights, hidden light bar, and 4 channel underglow lights installed. I chose underglow instead of Rock lights because of camping at Music Festivals. *Not pictured are the 4'' amber ditch lights on the back of the bedrack*

Love the truck. Can you post more pics from the front and rear. Planning on upgrading wheels on the ‘21 Pro. Do want to get a lift as well but unsure of what will work.
