Few things more aggravating on a service call than trying to check something that requires the unit running and fighting with a door switch.

I addressed that when installing the furnace.

    Normal operation:

    Good morning Wrenchmen :hattip:

Today marks the birthday of author Richard Matheson (1926 - 2013), a name you might not recognize unless you happen to be a credit reader. You probably have seen some of his work however.

Many of his works were adapted for film and television and he wrote 16 episodes of Rod Serlings The Twilight Zone - some of the best television ever produced and still captivating today.

Matheson also wrote the screenplay for one of my favorite movies, "Duel" the 1971 movie that in addition to being based on a real experience by the author was the first big production by a young producer named Spielberg.

I encourage you to seek out some of his work.

Good morning friends! Got a little snow yesterday, more at work than at home. Roads weren't bad at all this morning. Hope you all have a wonderful day :hattip:

Added 2" X 6"s around where the joints will meet with the sheeting, centered at 8'

Looked out the front door and there were some deer

Then out the back, there were 7 in total

The wood stove heats the shop good as long as I keep it going. It was 28* outside and this was inside the bathroom.

Would have been done a lot sooner if Cole didn't have a cast on his right arm :anonymous:

I hate it for him because he loves to help, and he's a good helper.

He can't saw, use the drill for putting screws in, swing a hammer, he did manage to put some staples in the plastic south paw and marked some boards for me.

Interpretation: Cole usually does most of the work. :D

Seriously, if you lived close by I would keep that kid in walking around money and get some work done!

Nice work Creed, garage is really coming together.

And good stuff Rusty. For those few that remember Rod Serling and what he did, lots add a T in there and call him Sterling.
