I've been getting to that point also. I'm getting sick of the shitty streams. I think I am going to do the Hulu add on for the nhl.

Sorry to bother everyone, but do folks have recommendations for a heavy duty large capacity CD wallet/binder?

I use the CD player in my first gen exclusively and so have built a collection of CDs that now exceeds the Case Logic wallet that I love (pictured below) but that one does not come in any larger sizes. Have researched this exhaustively and bought several on Amazon but they all feel too flimsy. Just curious if someone else out there has one they like that can carry a couple hundred CDs and also protect them from sliding around the cab etc.

I can't look at those JDM campers without imagining them potato-flopping over on the nearest bit of off-camber trail.

But if you're going to have something dumb (and I mean that in an endearing way), you might as well have something that's big and dumb. 469363707_8614066985308565_6733334155807_779954ed2e80ed63e6adb2797023084dc453d9f6.jpg

I forgot how heavy front diffs are.

Yours running an E torx to the diff tube? Apparently some don't have an E torx.

Yep, E-torx, and tight as can be. I need to get an impact socket before I blow up the chrome socket I have.

Tonight was a learning experience. I galled the mating surface trying to get the sub shaft out with pry bars. I eventually got it with a long screwdriver and a hammer from the opposite side. I then bent a screwdriver to make a tool to use next time.

Fortunately it was a spare diff from the junkyard, so I can just grab another. It's might be salvageable but I'd rather spend the $80 for a good one. Anybody want some 4.30 internals?

I used a chisel I got from god knows where when I pulled mine apart to replace the seal before selling it off. Think I would've broken the screw driver I had tried to use :bananadead:

I used a chisel to separate the extension tube from the clamshell. The pry bar and screwdriver were to separate the stub shaft from the planetary gears.

Once I messed things up enough I used a chisel to separate the clamshell halves too, just for fun.

I might take you up on that. I really just need the passenger-side half of the clamshell to make this one good again. I'm trying to convert to 4.30 gears.
