New front brakes. started with aftermarket pads and rotors. Squealed everytime I backed out. Changed pads, not rotors. No change. New aftermarket pads. No change. Finally oem pads. Still squeal and grab like crazy when I first start out. Not a grinding noise. Any ideas? Could it be rotors? Bad anytime its wet or really cold. Would appreciate any help.

Normal to a degree. Brakes need to be bedded in. If it continues past 1000 miles, then either the retaining clip is bent and holding the pad at a weird angle or the aftermarket rotors are just poor quality.

Did you replace the backing shims and hardware when you changed the pads out? If not, this is likely your issue.

Did you properly clean and apply brake shim grease to absorb the vibration when the brakes are applied?

Disk quiet and make sure you set them in correct on your next drive.
