2001 to 2002 ECU difference? Please help

Hey all who look…
I have recently done a full drivetrain swap on my 2001 4wd 2.7 auto. The drivetrain I replaced it with was from a nearly identical 2002, but the plugs are different to a module behind the glove box. The only thing I could think of is the 2002 had cruise control and the 2001 did not, and the 2002 had power windows while the 2001 doesn’t.

Here was the plug that fit in the 2001:

These plugs aren’t in the ECU itself, but the little thing on the glove box trim. Any ideas? Thanks

 

Does the new motor have ignition coils on the plugs? And did the old motor have coils separate? Cause I know that they changed some things about the 3rz in 99-02. And the cruise control might be the culprit but power windows would change anything.

 

I pulled the motor from my parts truck, so I had everything still attached. Did not disconnect the engine from the transmission.
