Hello y'all hope everyone is doing well!
I've never had any major issues with my 2010 Tacoma V6 4WD as I'm the original owner.
Has 120k and WAS running flawless.
Now makes squealing noise in engine and will not start from minute to the next.
I know it's not the starter, alternator, or serpentine belt.
Seems like low compression or something out of the norm almost like a bad head gasket.
Although there is no oil in coolant and all fluid levels are good.
No vacuum leaks or fluid leaks found.
If it does start it's very rough with very low rpms then stalls!
Sounds like my Chevy Big block 454 engine in my 55 Chevy coupe! LOL!

Codes: po300, 302, 304, 306 for the seconds Truck would stay on.

    What I've done so far:
Oil Change, Cleaned out the throttle body, replaced MAS Airflow Sensor, Plugs and ignition coils, PVC Valve, Engine Camshaft Position Sensors, serpentine belt, fuel pump relay, fuel pump.

The parts I've replaced and maintenance should have taken care of a lot of issues.
Possibly a bad wire somewhere I'm thinking.
Don't know what is preventing the engine to work from one day to the next.
    Thank You, R-ROD.

wow- youve done a lot so far. one observation- all those P0 codes are misfires. 302,304, 306 are misfires for cylinder 2, 4 and 6 respectively... all on the drivers side of the engine. Perhaps check your knock sensors? maybe a rodent got in there and chewed one or more of them apart? It happened to me.. but i found the little dude and chased him out before he got all the way thru the wires.

also here are some troubleshooting ideas from the service manual -
P0300 Simultaneous misfiring of several cylinders are
    detected (2 trip detection logic)
    • Open or short in engine wire harness
    • Connector connections
    • Vacuum hose connections
    • Ignition system
    • Injector
    • Fuel pressure
    • Mass Air Flow (MAF) meter
    • Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor
    • Compression pressure
    • Valve clearance
    • Valve timing
    • PCV hose
    • PCV hose connection
    • Air induction system
    • ECM
ES–172 1GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM – SFI SYSTEM
    ES HINT:
When DTCs for misfiring cylinders are randomly set, but DTC P0300 is not set, it indicates that misfires
have been detected in different cylinders at different times. DTC P0300 is only set when several misfiring
cylinders are detected at the same time.
    Reference: Inspection using an oscilloscope
With the engine idling, check the waveform between terminals #10 to #60 and E01 of the ECM
    connectors.

Sounds like you may have multiple issues.

So it makes a squeal when the engine is running? Have you tried ruling out an accessory drive issue by running it without the belt for a min or so?

Have you removed the radiator cap and cranked it to see if it's puffing out of the radiator when cranking or running? If it is then that would indicate a severely blown headgasket or cracked/warped head.

Could the driver cam have slipped a tooth?
