Searching for expert mechanic for maintenance & trouble shooting in Spokane, WA. area

Been asking around the area but no luck yet ? Took a chance on one N. Spokane business , bad news & ripped off to boot ( 5-trips back to get my carrier bearing fixed & had to take it else where) ! I'm unable to wrench any longer , old disabled Vet so I need a go to mechanic. 2013 Gen 2+ 4.0 Dbl. cab with 88K . I can do some basic maintenance but I grew up with cars / trucks you could lift the hood & see the ground. Just getting used to the noisy engine & some new sounds just started . Just being cautious ! Appreciate it !
