Possible exhaust leak

    Heretic Ditch lights Toyo Open Countrys AT2 HI VIS OVERLAND RTT
    Noticed some weeping coming from my exhaust before the exhaust flange where the two bolts connect and also noticed there was some black soot looking stuff where the weeping is coming from is that normal or do I need to get an exhaust shop to weld up the hole?

    It's weeping out before the flange not at the flange where the bend is before getting to where the gasket is. Should I still have that gasket replaced?
