2022 Tacoma started idling rough ( weeks ago). Then engine louder while driving. Now sputtering/ shaking at red lights like it might die. 45k miles. Had all oil changes. Any ideas?

Welcome to Tacoma World. I'd start by checking the oil level and make sure it actually has oil in it. Any warning lights on the dash or fault codes? Anything else get changed recently immediately before the poor performance?

When I first noticed it idling rough, I got an oil change. No difference after oil change; still idles loudly. No warning lights.

The oil doesn't have any influence on the idle. It has a 5-year/60Kmi powertrain warranty, right? Take it to the dealer.
