Nothing I wouldn’t eat. They have a version of blood sausage. Most of their foods are based on crops, farm or scavenge. Much like Cajuns, they eat what they can find. So, pig, snake, croc, birds, etc are on the menu. They also do things “differently”… so an ingredient you know to cook this way… well, they do something more bizarre. It’s one of my preferred foods. They cook me steak and pork that I can’t seem to master, but I got their approval on my empanadas and tostones.

They have some in Oklahoma and Arizona now. Mostly still in NM and Texas

 

Yeah, it has to be a hybrid to take advantage of the heating and cooling system for pennies. With an inverter you can run a microwave, fridge and coffee pot
