Finished up my bed platform in preparation for topper install in the next month. Need to switch from a 1x6 to a 1x8 to hopefully get rid of a bit of a sag.

Not as simple as previous Tacoma.

Are you getting video from motion in your driveway, or parking lots?

No, for some reason the timed and constant on feature does not work. Might be an SR5 thing?

I was under the impression that the Dongar Pro, pulling power from the mirror assembly was not on all the time.

    Oh wait. Never mind.
    • PARKING-MODE ENABLED: Dongar PRO is the only parking-mode-enabled plug & play dash cam adapter on the market.
    • VERSATILE POWER MODES: Choose from Ignition, Timed, or Continuous modes to safely power your dash cam even when parked.

Added front recovery from bonobo products today. Although these serve a very functional purpose, I do like how chunky these are from an aesthetic standpoint!

I just installed a red pair of these on my 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro and they are a real nice beefy product that looks great and very visible. No modifications needed other than to replace the factory installed hooks.

I also installed some NYTOP rear recovery points. The red accents really look good on the underground Tacoma

Adding the step was/is one of the best things I've done to my truck---- it's been super helpful.

No offense but those flaps don’t look capable of blocking anything.

Exactly. At that point why bother. They don't even look that good IMO. I also don't understand spending all the money on multiple recovery hooks (front and rear) when those will also NEVER be needed or used. I mean make the truck look however you want I guess that is what makes Tacoma modding special, too each his own I guess.

Kind of like short shorts, they don't do much but they will catch the eye.

Look into the full specs on the tires. My 285/70 were SL and approx 50 lbs each. The 285/75 are C and approx 63 lbs with a much deeper tread depth. Huge MPG hit between the two but yes the 75 has the wow factor.
