    Since the Tacoma has been retired from daily duty it's been more of a weekend truck and while mechanically everything is fine today I was walking to my f350 and the Tacomas headlights were on. Not full power but were on. The light switch is off so I suspect perhaps the relay is stuck (from the cold maybe) I'm not too sure. Ill take a more through look when I get home today. I don't remember the brand or type of lights (I think hid) but perhaps I could upgrade. Also major credit to people that deal with this cold stuff all the time. I want my 100° back please.

    So the controller seems bad. It was warm to to the touch. Not hot. And of course I didn't drive it to work so it should be cold. But the bulbs were dim but on. Operation is normal you turn on and flash high beams. I forgot the brand as the company is not in business so I'm not sure what they used. Perhaps I could wire in a different/better controller? For the time being I just pulled the fuse for the controller to the battery and that killed it. So just need to look around. Not the end of the world by any means.
