2002 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner

Can someone please help me. I have a 2002 Toyota Tacoma prerunner v6. Im having an issue.....I have hesitation on acceleration. I brought it to a shop and now one can tell me what is wrong....I all new vacuum lines, and a ton of new parts..... nothing is working..... Can someone help?
