2011 Prerunner V6 Noise

3” lift and spacers

Has anyone heard this before? Happens only when accelerating. 3-4 gear and 1400-1500 rpm.

Happens only 1-10 times when's accelerating and audible only. Sound comes from front drivers side it seems like. And the rhythm of the noise does not match the engine which makes wonder if it's a heat shield. 2011 165k.

Thanks for the response. Yes I checked them. Seem to be fine. I had them serviced when I first got the truck. And when I say serviced, support replaced and couple joints replaced.
