Canadian LED Tailgate Light Bar

Saw that this was an option in Canada, but not available here in the states. What's interesting though is that they have a similar accessory available in the US for the tundra.

The part # is PK539-35R01, and was trying to see if any dealer in the US can order it or I have to beg for a Canadian favor.

 

Over $600 with taxes and shipping. That's ridiculous. What about something aftermarket? You could probably find something for $100.

 

Never liked these. Everyone I have ever seen has lights burnt out, not installed perfectly straight and just looks too “Pep Boys” for me.

 

Putco blade for half that price.

 

I did like how the lights looked on a video. I don't typically care for the light bar under the tailgate look, but I liked how this bar had a separate driver and passenger side lamp. Ideally for lights in that location I'd want a lamp on each side and something from a reputable warning light company. Which is going to be pricey and need wiring. Plus you could get a warning light as well from the same lamp.

 

That's what I have but not from the dealer. Different aftermarket company. Cost me $50.

 

Every single time. You could knock me over with a feather if I ever see one of these strips without any burnt out LEDs.
