Recently lowered my truck 3/4 using chassis tech kit ( lowering spring front and block at the rear. After lowering it felt the vibration and shaking on the front end specially when on the freeway. I also replaced the tires 205/60/15 using stock rims. I suspect it’s the front struts so I replaced them too. Went back to the tire shop to check the balancing but it’s still ok. Need help!

We reserve titles like help for stuck/ stranded or bleeding situations.
Change your title some thing more descriptive. Vibration after lowering advice please.

Went to the alignment shop the guy said I need to replace one of my lower ball joint. So he did not check the alignment. He said replace it first before we do the alignment. Also truck still bounces hard even though I already replaced the front struts.

so did you replace the balljoint yet?

Other things to check/replace just as a matter of maintenance are the control arm bushings, tie rod ends, and might as well do all the balljoints while you're in there.

I think its going to be more bouncy if its dropped like that...also might be under extending the driveline/pinion angle.

Bouncy can be a characteristic of a lowered vehicle depending on your products and settings

I’ll replace the ball joint soon. Hope this will be the last stop. Any suggestion on how to make the front end a little bit softer? I mean not to bounce hard?

You have a 3/4 drop, bouncy is just the new thing.

I literally replaced every single front component with oem/DJM stuff on my 5 lug.

    still bounces.

Some of it is to be expected, I wish I was there to drive your truck and tell you how normal it is, but any suspension modification is worthwhile.

Another thought. The drop kit you got doesn't give you an aftermarket upper control arm so its going to be nearly impossible to get it aligned right.

you need also to get OEM LBJ, don't buy moog.

Check to see if you are bottomed out on your bump stops. If so that maybe a great cause of the hard bouncy ride.

I had vibration on my 2011 Tacoma Access cab. I called DJM they had no info at all, after 6 months of driving
I checked my 2 piece driveshaft it need to be raise, I saw somewhere here with the old Tacoma's all you had to do
was flip the center bearing so I did it, my vibration is gone....
