Realizing this is a dead thread, but I was looking for stacked dual ditch light setup similar to OP and couldn't find anything for Tacos except the Cali Raised LED extender. Unlike OP I already run a CB antenna extender bracket off one of my ditch light brackets, so couldn't achieve this side-by-side with one slightly higher setup like OP. See pic of setup below.

I found these sturdy pair of adjustable brackets that are intended for use as a door barricade for $20. This way, I can stack the lights directly on top of one another and still have my CB antenna extender attached. Waiting on the order to arrive and I will post pics once I install.

Got the brackets delivered, modified and installed https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D48JCB96

They’re 3/16” powder coated steel and plenty sturdy to serve as a stacked ditch light extension. I had to drill out two 5/16” mounting bolt holes and ended up cutting off the metal that went unused so they didn’t look so bulky.

The nice thing about these brackets is the adjustable height. It really lets you dial them in and keep the look clean/compact. I installed the side shooter Cali raised LED ditch on bottom and the Cali raised spot pods on top to give the front-facing pods higher clearance over the hood. I placed these pods slightly further back (towards the windshield) because I thought it looked a little better.

The top light moves a little at freeway speeds since it is so far from where the ditch light bracket bolts onto the hood, but it is not bad at all and there is no noise/constant shake etc.

The entire light mount set-up is clear of the windshield and any other part of the vehicle with the hood open. And the CB antenna stays just clear of the driver’s side door opening with how I have it set up here (ie, so I can have the hood up and open the driver’s side door without taking off the antenna).

Overall I like the look of the stacked lights and I get great light coverage with these four turned on. Before I had mounted my pods on the winch and for whatever reason (higher angle of light beam from pods to ground?) I feel like I get better light coverage now with them stack mounted.

Here are the brackets out of the box. The white lines indicate my final cuts/holes, and I flipped them top to bottom to mount so the clean curved edge was on top:

    Here they are installed:
