1999 Tacoma 2.4 extended cab

I want to put in a powered subwoofer beneath my drivers seat, I’m looking at a Cerwin Vega vpas 10 which is 11 L x 9.6 W x 3.15 H

Will it fit?? Or has anyone ran an under seat subwoofer in a 1st gen before??

EDIT: UNDERSEAT SUBWOOFER
