Mystery motor blower resistor…

Yet another question. I am doing the doorman motor blower resistor wiring fix. And this is what I removed, not anything like what I’m about to put back in. Or what the video dudes original one looked like.

They are both "cheap" parts.
It's all the same in the end.

Unless you upgrade to the newer Toyota resistor, it doesn't make much difference.
Toss it in.

Can you send me the good resistor? Can I still use this wiring from the dorman kit?

 

Not a fan of Dorman electrical products.

I’ll keep that in my back pocket. I’m just gonna get this one done and if it fails again (probably will, clearly already been replaced once) I’ll do that.
