    I purchased a chevy blazer 35 yrs ago and purchased protective coating, they took it in the back of the garage and looked the same when it was done.
    I believe i paid 600.00 for it . that was the last time.

    How long does it take the dealer to do the coating, what ever they use,

    I use collinite for 50 years, works best.

    Not long if new. Main thing is to make sure that it dries for 24 hours. Figure two days. And make sure you insist. On the dry time.
