Sold - 2001 Tacoma Xtracab TRD - MT

Selling my 2001 Tacoma with 231k miles for $8,000. The truck has spent nearly it's entire life in Texas and has never been driven on a salted road as far as I know. All to say the frame is in great shape. The truck runs and drives great with nice even compression across all cylinders. No oil leaks. It has a Decked system installed. Happy to include it for a fee.

• Timing belt done 10k miles ago.
• New Bilstein 5100 front and rear with new General HD leaf springs
• OEM ball joints changed in the last year
• valve cover gaskets changed in the last year
• new front brakes and rotors
• new tires
• winch mounted in factory bumper with AMP mount

The issues

• dent under taillight with crack in panel next to it.
• headliner drooping
• the sunroof stopped opening a year ago. I haven't tried to diagnose it at all.
• throws a P0420 code maybe twice year. I reset it and move on.
• power steering pump groans upon start up when it's really cold out.
• cracked original windshield
• paint and body has plenty of scratches and dings. Nothing crazy

Truck is located near Cheyenne, Wyoming.

 

Which engine? Was the water pump changed with the timing belt?
