My 2019 Tacoma has a aftermarket roof rack for about three years now never had any water leaking problems. But yesterday my rear passenger side was soaked wet, and water was coming out from the seatbelt slot on top. No crack or opening from top roof rack. Has anyone had this issue before?

Probably your third brake light. There's a tsb to get it fixed.

Set aside plenty of time if you take it in and plan to wait instead of dropping it off. My dealership took 4 hours the first time to confirm the leak and dick around trying to fix it without replacement parts. Then, they ordered parts, forgot to call me, then spent another four hours fixing it. Best part is that they didn't even do a good job cleaning up the sealant as I had a glob on the roof and some smeared around the back window. I also now have a wide black plastic border around the light.

Hopefully it doesn't leak anymore, though.

Ahh, okay I’ll check if it’s the brake light. Thanks for the tips

Brought my truck to the service department at the Toyota dealership. Yup, you are right it was the third break light. Apparently they had a recall on that, and I was never aware of it. Thank you so much for your help.

Good deal. I do apologize for the negativity towards my dealership in my earlier post. They suck, but that's no reason to gripe about it in every thread.
