Still driving my first and only Tacoma. 2011 Double cab w 6ft bed and 4.0L engine. Paid cash for it in 2011 w 3k miles on it. Now has 542k on it w original motor and transmission. Wife thinks I need a new vehicle. No way. Best truck I ever owned. Body is no longer pretty but I'm 58 and no longer pretty either so fits me just fine. Try doing most maintenance myself i.e. oil changes, brakes, struts and shocks etc. Main reason I'm here is to keep it on the road as long as possible so will be looking for advice, tricks, warnings etc.

 

What what?! Please post way more about this truck including pictures! who cares if it isn't pretty, it would be weird if it was pretty. Where have you been driving?!
