Help I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD with about 130,000 miles
Recently, I had the check engine light come on I got the code of P0441/P0443 so far I have changed the vapor Canister purge solenoid the secondary air injection pump The secondary air injection switching valve…. The check engine light will turn off for a couple of days then turn back on …. This time the code came back with P0443 Indicating the secondary air injection valve stuck to a close position bank 2 The part was under warranty, so I replaced it again Check engine light turned off two days later the check engine light came on I did notice that when I started the vehicle the air pump did not blow air only when I turned it off. Has anybody out there have Had similar issues are there any relays Or any other part that I am overlooking thank you

Relays are frustrating to diagnose. I had a new Ford once that would randomly leave the wife stranded with a no start. No codes left behind. Went for warranty repair numerous times with no luck. I suggested swapping the fuel pump relay with the identical a/c(?) Relay next to it. That was it. Getting harder to find a mechanic that can use actual common sense? How are the hoses?

Wait are you dealing with a P0441 or a P2441?

P0441 has to do with the EVAP system.
P2441 has to do with the SAIS.

    The two systems are unrelated.

The P0441 and P0455 are very likely an actual leak in the EVAP system, first thing I'd check is the seal on the gas cap otherwise a smoke test would help find the leak. Do not that you need to cap the vent line at the charcoal canister to seal the system, closing the vent valve will not seal the system.

The P2443 is typically exactly what it says, a stuck valve. Your scan tool should have bi-directional controls so you should be able to command the system on and see if the valve is working.
