    Yea I've been tossing extra money into escrow each month anticipating this. My township is fighting the county hard on trying to get the entire area re-assessed. I'm boned big time after all the improvements I've done.

    Insurance is another one. House was originally a 3br 1ba with carport. It's now 3br 1.5ba with garage. Insurance value went up $100K since buying it 3 years later. That one hurt o_O

    Attached or detached garage? That's a big difference with insurance.
