So I have a 2020 with the premium audio package. And my phone is no longer connecting or charging through the USB port. Now the USB port will charge my earbuds. So it's got power going to it. But my s24ultra no matter what cable I use. Or how many times I reset the radio, turn it off. I even hard reset it by disconnecting the battery. It just won't recognize my phone. I reset my phone as well. Also my phone want charge on any of the USB ports now. Any idea what would be the issue?

I'm willing to bet there's lint in the charger hole of the phone. You can use the tool that removes the SIM card to dig out the lint.

Yeah I thought so to. So I cleaned it, and it didn't fix the issue

Have you tried looking in the Android Auto settings within the phone? Maybe something was toggled off

Does your phone charge with a USB plug in in the house?
Does your radio pickup your phones bluetooth for calls?

Sorry been at work, and yeah I cleaned it. It was dirty, however it still didn't work when I tried it on break. And i did have issues with it charging on my wall charger at home. However that charger never worked well with other devices either. Except this time, my phone wouldn't charge with it at all. So I used my PS to charge. And it did for a few minutes before I left. Then in the truck it kept saying device not recognized or whatever the message says above. And none of the 3 ports or two cables I had would do anything with my phone. So I checked any settings I could find that oils interfere with it. And nothing seemed to work. I was able to charg my phone for a few minutes using a coworkers charger.

So I think I figured out what the problem was. I have any time camera installed. And there's two yellow connectors that connect into the back of the radio down to the two yellow connectors on the harness for the anytime camera. And it appears that they both came dislodged. Frankly they were incredibly difficult to get hooked up because harness it came with, had these connectors barely making it to reach the other two. It's incredibly difficult to get them attached. However I got one. And then I was able to charge my phone through the port again. The other one was still to short. I really don't what type of adapters I'll need. But I obviously have to get something because it's likely to come undone again. Do you any of you have any ideas?
