Morning everyone positive thoughts for all of you folks. It’s almost Spring, I’m going for my walk in the drizzle

 

Good morning everybody! It’s grooming day our three little shaggy girls get their haircut and bubble bath. I wish we could take the boy but I don’t think there would be anything left of the groomer. He’s crazy about Mikala and I but the rest of yall won’t be getting a Christmas card from him.

Time to rise and caffinate before terrorizing the young-uns at work.
Geez it feels like the School Bus drops them off out front some days.

 

I believe I have a plan and I may book some rooms a little later. Salida CO is penciled in as my first stop the Arkansas river runs through town. And a little section of the south platt is not far up the road the dream stream section how can I not wet a fly in this one. And then 3 nights in Basalt the Roaring fork river runs through town and just east of town is the Fryingpan and it’s about 80ish miles from budges. I wish I had a month or better yet sell out and move there but the winters

I walked, it drizzled, I survived, up to a mile and a half, I think, it’s been farther I know that. Walking is my tech escape

 

Good morning. The throat is still sore and the dry hacking still comes and goes, surely there's nothing left to hack up by now.

That is sounding like an awesome trip! Salida has a huge history in the narrow gauge railroads if you're into that kind of thing.

Right on the edge of San Isabel National forest, such a beautiful area.

Spring time Severe Weather season has started here in Middle Tennessee . Possible severe weather conditions this evening thru early tomorrow morning for my area

I like almost all things history and I YouTubed some last night to get a look at the area. Part of what I was looking for is great river or stream in a scenic location. But I’ll say this is damn hard to narrow the list down in that state. So I looked where I haven’t been and close to budges. I will ramble on my way home that part might look like spaghetti thrown against the wall. And is it waddable that narrows it some I don’t plan on booking any float trips.
